dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh a implementační postup řízeného skladu (WMS) s vyhodnocením investice a její návratnosti. Teoretická část popisuje a vysvětluje pojmy použité v praktické části tak, aby usnadnila pochopení tématu. Praktická část je věnována analýze výchozího stavu vzorového skladu, identifikaci slabých míst a jejich zohlednění v následné zadávací dokumentaci pro výběr a implementaci vhodného WMS. Nástrojem pro hodnocení implementace je komparace výchozího stavu se stavem po implementaci WMS. Výstupem je ROI analýza návratnosti investice, srovnání očekáváné a skutečné návratnosti investice, zhodnocení budoucího přínosu pro vzorovou společnost.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a controlled warehouse (WMS) with an evaluation of the investment and its return. The theoretical part describes and explains the concepts used in the practical part to facilitate the understanding of the topic. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the initial state of a sample warehouse, their identification of weak points, and their consideration in the subsequent tender documentation for the selection and implementation of a suitable WMS. The tool for implementation evaluation is the comparison of the baseline state with the state after the WMS implementation. The output is an ROI analysis of the return on investment, a comparison of expected and actual return on investment, and an evaluation of the future benefits to the model company.
