dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku plánování a realizace opatření ke snížení možných dopadů mimořádných událostí a krizových situací. Teoretická část vymezuje legislativní rámec a stěžejní pojmy související s tématem. Praktická část je věnována analýze obce z hlediska bezpečnosti a připravenosti na mimořádné události a krizové situace. Nástrojem pro hodnocení byla zvolena SWOT analýza doplněná Saatyho metodou párového porovnání. Výstupem je přehled opatření včetně realizace krizové dokumentace obce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis focuses on the issue of planning and implementation of measures to reduce the potential impacts of emergencies and crisis situations. The theoretical part defines the legislative framework and key concepts related to the topic. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the municipality in terms of safety and preparedness for emergencies and crisis situations. The SWOT analysis supplemented by Saaty's method of pairwise comparison was chosen as the tool for the assessment. The output is a summary of measures including the implementation of the municipality's crisis documentation.
