dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vypracování podnikatelského plánu pro cateringovou společnost. Cílem je vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro založení cateringové společnosti ve Zlíně, která se bude zaměřovat nejen na přípravu klasických masových pokrmů, ale bude zohledňovat také osoby s dietami, jako jsou například vegani a vegetariáni. Teoretická část práce se zabývá základy podnikatelského plánu a podnikání, a praktická část poté aplikuje poznatky z teoretické části na vypracování konkrétního podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část zahrnuje například vypracování marketingového a finančního plánu.

The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the fundamentals of a business plan and entrepreneurship, while the practical part applies the theoretical knowledge to the creation of a specific business plan. The practical part includes, for example, the preparation of a marketing and a financial plan.
