dc.description.abstract	Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom a vytvorením ticketovacieho systému, ktorý je primárne určený pre hlásenie, evidenciu a spracovanie užívateľských požiadaviek v IT oblasti. Analytická časť práce je zameraná na vytvorenie funkčného modelu systému prostredníctvom vhodných diagramov a analytických prostriedkov. Aplikácia pre Service Desk je vytvorená v prostredí Office365 - konkrétne sa jedná o využitie platforiem SharePoint, Power Automate a Power Apps.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This master´s thesis deals with the design and creation of ticket system, which is primary determined for reporting, evidence, and processing of user IT requests. The analytical part of the thesis is focused on creating a functional model through appropriate diagrams and analytical tools. Application for Service Desk is created in the Office365 environment - specifically they are used these platforms: SharePoint, Power Automate and Power Apps.
