Bakalářská práce se zaobírá zpravodajským cyklem - jako teoretickým modelem, který sice vznikl v podmínkách státního (zejména vojenského) zpravodajství, ale který je aplikovatelný i do podmínek nestátního (soukromého) detektivního zpravodajství. Teoretická část nejdříve stručně popisuje místo a úlohu nestátního zpravodajství, a také jeho cíle a úkoly. Dále se zabývá zpravodajským cyklem a jeho fázemi, jak jsou popsány v řadě literárních zdrojů, a předkládá výčet nejčastějších náhledů na tento teoretický koncept. V závěru teoretické části jsou nastíněny možnosti a důvody pro využívání tohoto modelu nejen ve státním, ale i v komerčním detektivním zpravodajství. Praktická část je zpracována formou příručky pro subjekty působící v nestátním zpravodajství. Příručka popisuje základní myšlenkové přístupy ke zpravodajskému cyklu, a její součástí je také stručný terminologický slovníček, obsahující definice základních pojmů vztahujících se ke zpravodajskému cyklu, aktualizované autorem této práce na základě jeho znalostí a zkušeností. |

This bachelor thesis is concerned with the intelligence cycle seeing it as a theoretical model which was developed under the state (particularly military) intelligence but which is applicable to the non-state (commercial) detective intelligence as well. The theoretical part describes the role and aim of the non-state intelligence, and its goals and tasks, too. Furthermore, it is focused on the intelligence cycle and its phases, the way they are depicted in many literary sources, and presents a list of the most frequently used view on this theoretical concept. At the end of the theoretical part, there are outlined some possibilities and reasons for using this model not only in the government but in the commercial intelligence as well. The practical part takes over the form of a handbook useful to subject of the non-state intelligence arena. The handbook shows an author's mental attitude to the intelligence cycle issue, and, as a part of the handbook, a short terminology dictionary, consisting of basic term definitions related to the intelligence cycle, has been comprised, updated on the premise of author's knowledge and experience. |
