Bakalářská práce byla zaměřena na stravitelnost vybraných cereálií. Dalším cílem bylo samotné stanovení stravitelnosti metodou in vitro, popela a sušiny u vybraných vzorků obilovin. V této práci je také obsažena charakteristika základních druhů obilnin a obecně jejich stavba. Jsou zde také charakterizovány základní živiny a popsán proces jejich vstřebávání v trávicím traktu člověka. |

Bachelor's thesis was focused on the in vitro digestibility of selected cereals. Another objective was to determine the ash and dry matter in samples of cereals. This work also includes characterization of basic grain types and their general construction. They are also characterized by the essential nutrients and the process of their absorption in the gastrointestinal tract of humans is described. |
