Práce na téma Šikana na školách, způsob, projevy a řešení je rozdělena do části praktické a teoretické. Jejím cílem je jednak zpřehlednit informace týkající se dané problematiky, jednak zmapovat výskyt šikany u žáků. Teoretická část se zabývá výskytem šikany v historii, definuje šikanu obecně. Popisuje chování účastníků šikany ( agresora a oběti) a zaměřuje se na její prostředí a následky. Sleduje ji z různých hledisek - jako patologické chování, jako vzájemný vztah agresora a oběti. Podstatu praktické části tvoří dotazníkové šetření uskutečněné v lednu 2008, kterého se zúčastnilo 100 respondentů. Z výsledků rozdaného dotazníku vyplynulo, že většina respondentů dokáže šikanu charakterizovat a uvést důvody agresorů. V případě šikanování by žáci hledali pomoc zejména u svých rodičů a kamarádů. Respondenti považují potrestání šikany za nedostatečné, navrhují různé způsoby, jak jí čelit a prosazují její radikálnější trestání. Součástí práce jsou přehledy odpovědí v podobě tabulek a grafů. |

The bachelor thesis "Bullying at schools, ways of bullying, its manifestation and its solution'q is divided into two parts - practical and theoretical. The aim of the thesis is to organize information about this topic and to map the occurrence of bullying at schools. The theoretical part contains the incidence of bullying in history and defines the bullying in general. It describes behavior of participants in the bullying process (both aggressor and victim) and it focuses on the place and consequences of bullying. It monitors the process of bullying from different ways as a pathological behavior, as mutual relationship between aggressor and victim. The substance of the practical part is created by a research carried out in January 2008. One hundred people took part in the research. It was obvious from the answered questionnaires that the majority of participants were able to define the bullying and give the reasons for bullying from the aggressors' point of view. In case of bullying the bullied pupils would look for help mainly from their parents and friends. The respondents consider punishment of bullying insufficient, they suggest various ways how to face bullying and support more radical punishment of aggressors. The overview of answers in the form of tables and graphs are included in the thesis. |
