dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o komunikaci jako nástroji spokojenosti gerontologických pacientů s ošetřovatelskou péčí v nemocnici. Skládá se ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je popsána komunikace, její druhy a komunikace se seniory ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Práce dále obsahuje pojmy stáří, stárnutí, jsou popsány změny ve stáří,zhodnocení geriatrického pacienta a geriatrická oddělení. V praktické části byla zvolena kvantitativní výzkumná metoda - dotazník. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda jsou geriatričtí pacienti spokojeni s komunikací se zdravotnickým personálem. Zajímalo nás, co podle geriatrických pacientů je příčina nespokojenosti s komunikací. Celkem jsme zpracovali data od 100 respondentů z gerontologických oddělení Krajské nemocnice Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with communication as a tool of gerontological patients' satisfaction with nursing care in hospital. It consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes communication, its types and communication with the elderly in the health care facility. The work also includes concepts of anxiety, aging, age changes,geriatric patients and geriatric departments. In the practical part, a quantitative research method was chosen - a questionnaire. The aim of the work was to find out whether the geriatric patients are satisfied with the communication with the medical staff. We were wondering what, according to geriatric patients, is the cause of dissatisfaction with communication. In total, we processed data from 100 respondents from the gerontological departments of the Tomas Bata Regional Hospital in Zlín.
