dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o konceptu locus of control, který je dán do souvislosti s dětmi z přirozeného a institucionálního prostředí. Teoretická část práce se zabývá faktory tvořící-mi osobnost jedince. Je popsána struktura osobnosti a její jádro - self. Náplní práce je také charakteristika vývoje dítěte. Jsou uvedeny aspekty sociální psychologie a s nimi spjatá teorie sociální atribuce. Dále je věnována pozornost vlivu prostředí na jedince. Institucio-nální prostředí se v mnohém liší od přirozeného, tudíž jsou popsána specifika každého z nich. Stěžejním tématem je pojem locus of control, který je rozebírán nejznámějšími autory. V poslední části jsou popsány druhy měření locus of control. Praktická část zkoumá rozdíly v locus of control ve spojitosti s dětmi z přirozeného a institucionálního prostředí za použití kvantitativního výzkumu. Dále se zaměřuje na souvislost locus of control s věkem a pohlavím dětí z těchto dvou odlišných prostředí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with the locus of control concept that has been put into the context with children from natural and institutional environment. The theoretical part is focused on the factors that create individual personality. It describes the structure and the core of personality - self. The characteristics of child development is also a part of the diploma thesis. The aspects of social psychology tied with the theory of social attribution are also presented. The attention is paid on how environment influences the individual. The institutional environment is much different from natural one, therefore the specifics of each of them are described. The main topic of the theoretical part is the concept of locus of control discussed by the most well knowns authors. In the last section, different types of the measurements of locus of control are described. The practical part examines the differences of locus of control in connection with children from natural and institutional environment by using quantitative research. The concept is also given into relationship with the age and gender of children from these two different environments.
