Práce se zabývá základními poznatky o práci asistentů pedagoga, kteří se podílejí na edukaci žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami v běžných základních školách. Vzhledem k tomu, že práce asistenta pedagoga je poměrně nová (zařazena v katalogu prací až od roku 2004),je bakalářská práce zaměřena na seznámení s konkrétními činnostmi, které asistenti pedagoga vykonávají a obsahuje metodiky prácek vybraným druhům postižení, zpracované z dostupných podkladů. Z uvedených případových studií je patrné, že ustanovením funkce asistenta pedagoga je umožněno mnohým integrovaným žákům kvalitnější vzdělávání a jsou nastaveny vhodnější podmínky pro jejich budoucnost a následné uplatnění na trhu práce |

This bachelor thesis is focused on basic information about a Pedagogical Assistant?s job, who works with a pupils with special needs, who are integrated in the main streem education system. Because the role of Pedagogical Assistant is quite new in the education system (it is in the official job?s list since 2004) this thesis presents the qualification and job description and function of a Pedagogical Assistant and it presents methods of work with the pupils with different types of special needs. There are a few case studies in my bachelor thesis, which show how the role of Pedagogical Assistant helps pupils with special needs to get education in condition that suit the pupils with special needs better. It offers them a better start for their future and than higher competitive ability in the labour market. |
