Bakalářská práce se zabývá odbornými kompetencemi učitelů pro výuku účetnictví. Cílem je zjistit úroveň uvedených kompetencí u učitelů účetnictví působících na středních školách a odborných učilištích v České republice. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V rámci teoretické části jsou popsána teoretická východiska skládající se z vymezení postavení učitele v současném vyučovacím procesu a termínů kompetence, odborné kompetence a celoživotní učení. V praktické části jsou stanoveny výzkumné otázky, proveden kvantitativní výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření mezi učiteli účetnictví na školách v České republice, vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření a vyvozeny závěry a doporučení. |

This thesis deals with the professional competencies of accounting teachers. The aim is to establish the level of these competencies specified in accounting teachers working in secondary schools in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. There is described the theoretical background consisting of defining the current status of teachers in the teaching process and terms of competencies, professional competencies and lifelong learning in the theoretical part. In the practical part there are defined the research questions, made a quantitative research conducted by the way of questionnaire among the accounting teachers in the schools in the Czech Republic, evaluated the questionnaire and draw conclusions and recommendations. |
