Cílem diplomové práce s názvem Připravenost instruktorů pro práci se zážitkem, je pomocí kvalitativního šetření zjistit, jak instruktoři ALCEDA střediska volného času Vsetín subjektivně vnímají svou připravenost pro práci se zážitkem a zážitkovou pedagogiku během své práce instruktorů výukových programů ve středisku volného času ALCEDO Vsetín. Práce seznamuje čtenáře s osobností a rolí instruktora během přípravy a realizace zážitkových kurzů, s problematikou zážitkové pedagogiky (definicí, historií, metodami a principy zážitkové pedagogiky), s tím, co je hra a jaký význam má nejen pro instruktory zážitkových kurzů, ale také pro samotné účastníky a v neposlední řadě také se střediskem volného času ALCEDO Vsetín. V empirické části je popisován způsob sběru dat formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a jejich následná analýza. V závěru výzkumné části jsou výsledky výzkumu interpretovány pomocí zakotvené teorie. |

The aim of the thesis titled instructors readiness for work with experience is using a qualitative survey to find out how instructors from leisure center ALCEDO Vsetin subjectively perceive their readiness for work with experience and experiential pedagogy during their work instructors teaching programs at the leisure center ALCEDO Vsetin. This thesis introduce readers to the personalities and the role of instructor during the preparation and implementation experiential courses with experiential education issues (definition, history, methods and principles of experiential learning), with what is a game and the importance not only for instructors experiential courses, but also for the participants themselves and not least importance for the leisure center ALCEDO Vsetin.In the empirical part is described way of collecting data through semistructured interviewand their subsequent analysis. In conclusion, the research part of the research results are interpreted using grounded theory. |
