V práci je charakterizovaný integrovaný záchranný systém Českej republiky, jeho zloženie, úlohy a ciele pod zastrešením Ministerstva vnútra ČR. V jednotlivých kapitolách sú analyzované zložky IZS, ďalej požiadavky IZS na komunikačný systém, komunikačné a informačné prostredia a prvky využívajúce IZS a riešenie stávajúcich nedostatkov pomocou komunikačného a informačného systému UNIMOCOM. V práci je navrhnutá taktiež implementácia informačného systému UNIMOCOM v podmienkach IZS štátu, jeho využitie pri záchranných a likvidačných prácach v rámci riešenia vzniknutej mimoriadnej udalosti. |

This thesis characterizes integrated rescue system of the Czech Republic, its composition, tasks and aims in covering by Ministry of internal affairs of the Czech Republic. In individual parts there are characterized IRS bodies, next the IRS requirements of the communication system, communications and information environments and elements using IRS and resolving existing gaps through communication and information system UNIMOCOM. Thesis also describes a way of system implementation in the IRS of the state, its use in resce and liquidation work in terms of extraordinary event. |
