dc.description.abstract	Úkolem mé bakalářské práce bylo shrnout a zhodnotit poznatky o významu kyseliny fytové. Byla zpracována literární rešerše, jejímž obsahem jsou chemické vlastnosti kyseliny fytové, její zdravotní účinky a mechanizmy stanovení. Byla zpracována i problematika metabolizmu a využití kyseliny fytové mikroorganizmy.	cs
