Tato práce se zabývá fyzickým monitorováním osob a objektů, jednotlivými způsoby a možnostmi využití techniky. Dále jsou popsány elektronické systémy sloužící pro monitorování objektů, jejich využití, získávání informací a jejich právní použitelnosti. Práce také upozorňuje na nejčastější chyby, které se vyskytují při fyzickém i elektronickém monitoringu a pořizování dokumentace. V závěru jsou nastíněny současné trendy v oblasti monitoringu a globálně srovnány jednotlivé systémy s pohledu legálního použití. |

This dissertation deals with the physical monitoring of persons and objects, individual ways and possibilities of engineering usage. Furthermore are described electronical systems performing the monitoring of objects, their usage, acquiring informations and their legal usability. The dissertation also gives notice of the most common faults occurring in the both physical and electronical monitoring and in the acquiring of documentation. Finally, there are outlined present trends in the branch of monitoring and a global comparison of individual systems according the legal usage spectacle. |
