Vitamín B2 je důležitý pro dobrý stav kůže, očí, funkce srdce a dalších orgánů. Stejně jako další vitamíny řazené do skupiny vitamínů B má důležitou roli v energetickém metabolismu a je také potřebný pro metabolismus tuků, sacharidů a bílkovin. V této práci byl stanovován obsah vitamínu B2 v cereáliích pomocí metody HPLC s UV/VIS detekcí. |

Riboflavin is important for the good condition skin and eyes and for the good functions heart and other vitals. Like the other B vitamins, it plays a key role in energy metabolism, and is required for the metabolism of fats, saccharides, and proteins. In this work was determined the amount of vitamin B2 in cereals by HPLC with UV/VIS detection. |
