dc.description.abstract	Práce je zaměřena na problematiku integrovaného záchranného systému, seznámení s legislativou a úkoly jeho složek a orgánů. Ve své práci chci poukázat na velmi složitou strukturu IZS a to především jeho složek. Dále vymezením pojmů s IZS spojených a napo-jením na krizový management státu. Poukázat na pravomoci jednotlivých složek a práva velitele zásahu. Využití soukromých organizací v integrovaném systému a jejich použití při mimořádné události. Toto téma je velmi obsáhlé a zasahuje do všech institucí působících na území celé ČR a proto práci pojmu jako obecné schéma	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This project is about the integrated rescue system (IRS). It's legislation and tasks of it's departments. I would like to emphasize the very difficult structure of IRS and its parts. Further, description of the conceptions and the rights of the officer in charge. Usage of the private companies in IRS and their help in critical situation. This theme is very large and includes institutions from the whole czech republic.
