dc.description.abstract	Tato práce pojednává o systémech GIS jako o nástroji pro zrychlení a zkvalitnění rozhodování ve veřejné správě. V první kapitole je popsáno co je GIS, z čeho se skládá a jeho stručná historie. Druhá kapitola je výčtem software pro GIS. Ve třetí kapitole jsou popsány způsoby předávání informací z GIS systémů. Čtvrtá kapitola se snaží nastínit možnosti využití systémů GIS pro rozhodování ve veřejné správě. Poslední kapitolou je případová studie na vybudování a využití GIS na pověřené obci III. stupně.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This publication treats the GIS systems as an instrument of acceleration and enhancement of decision-making at the public administration. The first chapter describes GIS, its composition and its concise history. The second chapter is software enumeration for GIS. The third chapter describes the methods of transmission information out of GIS systems. The fourth chapter is trying to sketch options of using GIS systems for of decision-making at the public administration.
