Cílem práce je vytvořit systém pro hodnocení způsobilosti THP pracovníků firmy, provázat jej se strukturou firemních dat a zpřístupnit hodnocení vedoucím pracovníkům pomocí nejnovějších technologii. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje použité principy při tvorbě projektu prostřednictvím jazyka UML a použité technologie .NET Framework, VB.NET a MS SQL serveru. Praktická část se věnuje tvorbě návrhu systému, grafického rozhraní, zabezpečení přístupu k systému a samotnému procesu vyhodnocování způsobilosti zaměstnanců firmy. |

The aim of the assignment is to design a system to evaluate qualification of technical and economic personnel of the firm, to interconnect the system with the corporate data structure and to make the evaluation results available to managers through the latest technologies. The theoretical section explains the principles applied in the project designing by UML language and the applied technologies - NET Framework, VB.NET and MS SQL server. The practical section is devoted to the system project designing, graphical interface, security of access to the system and the process of company personnel qualification evaluation itself. |
