Tato diplomová práce se zabývá diagnostikou technického stavu CNC obráběcích center. Popisuje klasické měření geometrické přesnosti, měření linearity a kruhovitosti. V praktické části bylo realizováno měření kruhovitosti přístrojem Renishaw QC10 Ballbar a to jak vertikálních, tak horizontálních obráběcích center a byly navrženy servisní zásahy. Byly změřeny také zastaralé stroje, které používají pro komunikaci děrnou pásku. |

This diploma paper is concerned with diagnostics of CNC processing centers technical condition. It describes classic measurement of geometric accuracy, linearity measurement and circularity. In practical part there has been implemented measuring of circularity with Renishaw QC10 Ballbar both vertical and horizontal processing centers and there were projected service interferences. There were also measured old machines that are used for communication with punched tape. |
