dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vztahem k jinakosti u žáků druhého stupně základní školy. Teoretická část vymezuje klíčové pojmy spojené s jinakostí, popisuje její vnímání v dětském kolektivu a analyzuje vliv komunikace a genderových stereotypů. V praktické části je prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu zkoumáno, jak žáci jinakost vnímají, co považují za odlišnost a jak hodnotí spolužáky, kteří se nějakým způsobem odlišují. Cílem práce je poukázat na význam včasného rozpoznání různých forem jinakosti a podpořit pedagogickou práci s těmito tématy tak, aby pozitivně ovlivňovala třídní klima a mezilidské vztahy mezi žáky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis explores attitudes towards otherness among lower secondary school pupils. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to otherness, describes how it is perceived in peer groups, and analyses the influence of communication and gender stereotypes. The practical part is based on quantitative research and examines how pupils perceive otherness, what they consider to be different, and how they evaluate peers who deviate from the norm. The aim of the thesis is to highlight the importance of early identification of various forms of otherness and to support pedagogical work with these topics in order to positively influence classroom climate and peer relationships.
