Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice použití zavedených obušků v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Práce je strukturována do dvou základních celků - části teoretické a části praktické. Teoretická část přibližuje historii obušků, věnuje se problematice právních aspektů a to zejména nutné obraně. Dále popisuje metodiku a taktiku činnosti pracovníků soukromých bezpečnostních služeb, charakterizuje vývoj konfliktní situace, obecné zásady vztahující se k agresi a řešení konfliktu. V praktické části se nachází rozdělení, charakterizování a srovnání obušků, které jsou používány v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Speciální část je zaměřena na teleskopický obušek, kde jsou za pomocí obrazového materiálu zpracovány techniky k jeho použití. |

In my bachelor thesis, I am dealing with truncheon usage in commercial security industry. The thesis consists of two parts: the theoretical and the practical. The theoretical part briefly mentions truncheon usage history and focuses on the legal aspects, mainly defence in the case of emergency. Furthermore, it describes the methodology and operating tactic of private security service officers, it characterizes the development of a conflict and basic principles of aggression and conflict resolution. The practical part deals with existing types of truncheons used in commercial security industry, describing their parameters and comparing these types. A separate chapter is devoted to the telescopic truncheon, where methods of use are described with the help of photographs. |
