dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přípravou a hodnocením alternativních tekutých detergentů určených pro ruční mytí nádobí. Cílem je ověřit mycí účinnost přírodních povrchově aktivních látek, konkrétně saponinu získaného z mýdlových ořechů a čajového saponinu. Teoretická část se věnuje popisu základních složek tekutých čisticích prostředků pro lehké použití, vlastnostem saponinů a jejich detergenčním účinkům. V praktické části byly připraveny detergenční roztoky obsahující saponiny, u nichž byla experimentálně sledována pěnivost, povrchové napětí a mycí schopnost. Získané výsledky byly porovnány s běžně dostupnými komerčními prostředky. Práce přináší poznatky o využitelnosti přírodních tenzidů v ekologicky šetrných čisticích produktech.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis focuses on the preparation and evaluation of alternative liquid detergents intended for manual dishwashing. The objective of the thesis is to verify the detergent effectiveness of natural surfactants, specifically saponin extracted from soap nuts and tea saponin. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the basic components of light-duty liquid detergents, the properties of saponins, and their detergent effects. In the practical part, detergent solutions containing saponins were prepared and experimentally evaluated for foaming capacity, surface tension, and cleaning efficiency. The obtained results were compared with commonly available commercial products. The thesis provides insights into the applicability of natural surfactants in environmentally friendly cleaning products.
