dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na pohled rodičů na pracovní činnosti učitele mateřské školy. Teoretická část popisuje profesi učitele v předškolním vzdělávání, jeho kompetence, denní režim v mateřské škole a formy spolupráce s rodinou. Praktická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu, konkrétně na analýze rozhovorů s rodiči dětí navštěvujících mateřskou školu. Pomocí otevřeného kódování byly identifikovány oblasti, které rodiče nejčastěji vnímají - každodenní činnosti, osobnost učitele, spolupráce s rodiči, společenské vnímání profese, podpora dítěte a přístup k digitálním technologiím. Výsledky ukazují, že rodiče si uvědomují komplexnost práce učitele a oceňují jeho lidský přístup a schopnost navázat důvěryhodný vztah jak s dítětem, tak s rodinou.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on the perception of preschool teacher's work activities from the parents' point of view. The theoretical part describes the profession of a kindergarten teacher, his/her competencies, daily routine in preschool and forms of cooperation with families. The practical part is based on qualitative research, specifically on the analysis of interviews conducted with parents of children attending preschool. Through open coding, several areas most frequently mentioned by parents were identified - everyday teacher tasks, personality traits, cooperation with parents, public perception of the profession, child support and the use of digital technologies. The findings show that parents are aware of the complexity of the teacher's role and appreciate a humane approach and the ability to build trust with both children and their families.
