dc.description.abstract	Předmětem i hlavním cílem diplomové práce je vypracování návrhu projektu pro implementaci konceptu Balanced Scorecard v podniku XYZ. Teoretická část práce shrnuje poznatky potřebné k implementaci konceptu v podniku. V praktické části práce je před navržením projektu provedena analýza finančních ukazatelů a nefinančních údajů o podniku a PEST analýza. Na základě zjištění z provedených analýz je sestavena SWOT analýza, která je podkladem pro sestavení Balanced Scorecard. Projektová část diplomové práce se věnuje implementaci konceptu Balanced Scorecard, projekt je následně podroben rizikové a nákladové analýze a jsou definovány přínosy implementace projektu. Závěrem jsou formulována doporučení ke korektní implementaci projektu. Hlavním přínosem diplomové práce je fakt, že vedení podniku rozhodlo o implementaci Balanced Scorecard s využitím práce jako podkladu pro implementační činnost.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject and primary objective of thesis is to develop a project proposal for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard concept within the company XYZ. The theoretical part outlines the key principles necessary for BSC implementation. The practical part includes an analysis of financial indicators and non-financial data, supported by a PEST analysis. Based on the findings of these analyses, a SWOT analysis is compiled, serving as a foundation for the formulation of the Balanced Scorecard. The project section of the thesis focuses on the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard concept. The proposed project is subsequently subjected to a risk and cost analysis, and the anticipated benefits of its implementation are identified. Finally, recommendations are provided to ensure a successful and proper implementation of the project. The main contribution of this thesis lies in the fact that the company's management has decided to implement the Balanced Scorecard using the thesis as a foundational document for its implementation efforts.
