dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou kybernetických rizik u vybrané organizace v kontextu evropské směrnice NIS2 a českého legislativního rámce. Teoretická část definuje klíčové pojmy, kategorizuje kybernetické hrozby a představuje vybrané metody hodnocení rizik. V praktické části jsou identifikována klíčová aktiva organizace a analyzovány relevantní hrozby a zranitelnosti s využitím metod SWOT, What-If a FMEA. Výsledkem práce je návrh konkrétních bezpečnostních opatření, která respektují doporučení směrnice NIS2 a jejichž implementace přispěje ke zvýšení kybernetické odolnosti organizace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis deals with cybersecurity risk analysis in a selected organization within the context of the European NIS2 Directive and the Czech legislative framework. The theoretical part defines key concepts, categorizes cyber threats, and introduces selected risk assessment methods. In the practical part, the organization's critical assets are identified, and relevant threats and vulnerabilities are analyzed using SWOT, What-If, and FMEA methods. The outcome of this thesis is a proposal of specific security measures that align with the recommendations of the NIS2 Directive, and whose implementation will contribute to enhancing the organization's cyber resilience.
