dc.description.abstract	Hlavným predmetom tejto práce je vytvoriť expertný systém pomocou systému Drools, ktorý dokáže odhadnúť pravdepodobnosť úspechu finančno-technologických startupov v počiatočnej fáze. Používa metódu hodnotenia podľa skóre. Vytvorenie moderného webového rozhrania pomocou Reactu zlepšuje používateľský zážitok. Systém slúži hlavne začínajúcim podnikateľom, ktorý majú záujem začať podnikať a zároveň majú jasnú predstavu o produkte a trhu na ktorom sa chcú uchytiť. Prednosťou aplikácie je komunikácia so serverom OpenAI s využitím modelu GPT-3.5, ktorá umožňuje generovanie cennej spätnej väzby pre podnikateľa.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main objective of this diploma thesis is to develop an expert system using the system Drools that can estimate the probability of success of pre-seed financial technology start-ups. It uses a scorecard valuation method. A modern web interface using React improves the user experience. The system mainly serves start-ups that are interested in starting a business and have a clear idea of the product and market they want to conquer. The strength of the application is the communication with the OpenAI server using the GPT-3.5 model, which allows the generation of valuable feedback for the entrepreneur.
