Diplomová práce pojednává o dětech a mladistvých v postavení obětí internetové krimi-nality. Teoretická část diplomové práce je rozdělena do kapitol, kterými se snažím více rozebrat a přiblížit problematiku internetové kriminality, dětí a mladistvých jako obětí internetové kriminality, která je dále specificky zaměřena na kybernetickou šikanu a ky-bergrooming. Praktická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na dotazníkové šetření, které slouží jako podklad pro řízené rozhovory s vybranými odborníky na zvolenou problemati-ku. V závěru práce jsou pak navrženy návrhy na opatření a prevenci. |

This thesis is about children and adolescents in the role of victims of internet crime. The theoretical part of the thesis is separated in chapters in which I try to more analyze and approach the issue of internet crime, children and adolescents in the role of victims of internet crime, that is more specifically focused on a cyber bullying and a cybergrooming later. The practical part of the thesis is focused on a questtionaire survey, which serves to a foundation for guided interviews with chosen experts on a selected issue. In the end of the thesis, there are suggested drafts for precaution and prevention. |
