dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím metod a principů Design Thinkingu při vytváření doprovodného programu galerie G18 a zapojení specifické cílové skupiny do procesu navrhování. Hlavním cílem je provést workshop designového myšlení, který slouží jako nástroj pro výzkum pomocí metody pozorování a zároveň jako samostatný edukační program pro danou cílovou skupinu. Současně se tato práce snaží seznámit studenty střední školy s principy a metodami Design Thinkingu prostřednictvím edukativního workshopu. Práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání důvodů a faktorů ovlivňujících rozhodovací proces této specifické cílové skupiny a poskytuje vhled do problematiky nízké návštěvnosti galerie G18. Výsledkem práce budou doporučení pro zlepšení programů galerie a zvýšení zájmu cílové skupiny o její aktivity. Tato diplomová práce přispěje k pochopení a aplikaci Design Thinkingu ve vzdělávacích a kulturních kontextech a poskytne konkrétní strategie pro zefektivnění procesu tvorby edukačních programů a zlepšení návštěvnosti galerie G18.

The main objective is to conduct a design thinking workshop that serves as a research tool using observational methods and simultaneously functions as an independent educational program for the target group. Additionally, this thesis aims to familiarize high school students with the principles and methods of Design Thinking through an educational workshop. The study focuses on investigating the reasons and factors influencing the decision-making process of this specific target group and provides insight into the issue of low attendance at G18 gallery. The outcomes of this work will include recommendations for improving gallery programs and increasing the target group's interest in its activities. This master's thesis contributes to the understanding and application of Design Thinking in educational and cultural contexts, offering specific strategies to streamline the creation of educational programs and enhance the gallery's visitor engagement.
