dc.description.abstract	Prezentovaná diplomová práce se zabývá seznámení se s problematikou webových portálů malých obcí a s tématikou povinně zveřejňovaných informací. Obsahuje analýzu a tvorbu takového portálu pro malou obec, založena na webově orientovaných technologiích. V teoretické části je rozebírána problematika webových portálů, povinně zveřejňovaných informací a základní popis použitých technologií. V praktické části je potom popsána aplikace a její jednotlivé moduly jak na straně front-end aplikace tak v administrační části. Konec části je věnován popisu vytvořených a použitých tříd.	cs
