dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je popsat luminiscenční chování latentních neboli neviditelných otisků prstů v čase. V teoretické části je podrobněji popsána kriminalistická daktyloskopie. Následně jsou popsány metody používané pro odhad stáří otisků prstů, přičemž luminiscenční spektroskopii je věnována samostatná kapitola. Úvod praktické části je zaměřen na přípravu vzorků včetně nastavených parametrů měření. Pro měření bylo využito celkem 7 vzorků. Následně jsou vzorky měřeny s využitím luminiscenční spektroskopie a z naměřených dat jsou vybrány charakteristické trendy, s jejichž pomocí lze popsat luminiscenční chování latentních otisků prstů v čase. Na závěr jsou naměřené výsledky porovnány s výsledky již publikovanými.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this thesis is to describe the luminescence behavior of latent fingerprints. The theoretical part describes criminalistic dactyloscopy in detail. Then, the methods used to estimate the age of fingerprints are presented, whereas a separate chapter is focused only on luminescence spectroscopy. The introduction to the practical part is focused on the preparation of samples and measurement parameters. Seven samples were prepared for these measurements. The samples were measured by luminescence spectroscopy. In the measured data, characteristic trends are chosen, with which the luminescence behavior of latent fingerprints can be described in a timeline. In conclusion, the measured results are compared with known and published results.
