dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá rolí a postavením asistentů pedagoga základních škol ve Zlínském kraji v období distanční výuky. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola se zaměřuje na náplň práce, kompetence a osobnostní předpoklady asistenta pedagoga. Jsou zde vymezeny pojmy integrace a inkluze. Druhá kapitola se věnuje legislativě, kvalifikačními předpoklady a podmínkami pro ustanovení funkce asistenta pedagoga. Popisuje spolupráci asistentů pedagoga s učiteli, žáky a zákonnými zástupci žáků. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na uzavírání základních škol. Praktickou část prezentuje kvalitativní výzkum. Pro získání dat byl zvolen polostrukturovaný rozhovor, který byl zpracován tematickou analýzou. Analyzuje roli a postavení asistentů pedagoga v období uzavření základních škol.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the role and position of teaching assistants in elementary schools in the Zlín Region during the times of remote teaching. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is focused on the duties, competences and personal preconditions of a teaching assistant. The terms integration and inclusion are defined here. The second chapter focuses on legislature, qualification and other conditions for employing a teaching assistant. It describes the cooperation of teaching assistants with teachers, pupils and their legal representatives. The third chapter is focused on the elementary school closures. The practical part is represented by a qualitative research. A semi-structured interview processed by thematic analysis was chosen to collect data. It analyses the role and position of teaching assistants during the elementary school closures.
