dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na prosociální chování u žáků tradičních a alternativních škol. Teoretická část práce se zabývá prosociálním chováním, jeho formami, jeho determinanty a jeho vývojem. Také se zabývá tradičními a alternativními školami a aspekty, ve kterých se podobají či liší. Praktická část přináší výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu, který byl uskutečněn pomocí nominační techniky u žáků čtvrtých, pátých, šestých a sedmých tříd tradičních a alternativních škol. Cílem bylo zjistit míru prosociálního chování u žáků, a poté porovnat v závislosti na typu školy či jednotlivých ročnících.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Master thesis focuses on a prosocial behaviour of students of traditional and alternative schools. The theory part deals with a prosocial behaviour, its forms, its determinants and its development. It also deals with traditional and alternative schools, their aspects, in which they are either similar or different. The practical part presents the results of a quantitative research, which has been conducted with the help of nomination techniques with the students of the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh classes of traditional and alternative schools. The aim was to find out the degree of prosocial behaviour in pupils, and then to compare them depending on the type of school or individual grades.
