Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o tom, jak důležité je místo, úloha hygieny a technologie ptravin v podnikatelském záměru restauračního zařízení. Dozvíme se také co všechno je nutné vykonat, když chceme začít podnikat v gastronomické činnosti, a také s čím musí živnostník při zahájení činnosti, ale i v průběhu činnosti počítat. Veškeré informace budou uvedeny na konkrétním přídadu již existující firmy. |
