Tato práce se zabývá využitím rozhodovacích procesů při provádění analýzy rizik. Hlav-ním cílem práce je poukázat na nedostatky při provádění samotných analýz rizik a jak mo-hou být vyřešeny pomocí rozhodovacích procesů. Práce postupně představí rozhodovací procesy, analýzu rizik a zároveň u obou nástrojů probere jejich základní metody. Následně se věnuje sepsáním spojitosti mezi analýzou rizik a rozhodovacím procesem, kde následně poukazuje na veškeré možné benefity. Další část práce se zaměří na demonstraci vybraných metod obou nástrojů pomocí případového modelu. Nejprve popisuje použití metod samo-statně a následně aplikuje rozhodovací procesy na analýzu rizik. Ve své poslední části se práce věnuje vyhodnocením možných hrozeb, porovnáním použitých metod a poukázáním na výhody využití rozhodovacích procesů při analýze rizik. |

This thesis deals with the use of decision-making processes in risk analysis. The main goal of the thesis is to point out the deficiencies of using risk analyses on their own and how they can be solved with the use of decision-making processes. The thesis gradually describes the decision-making processes and risk analysis and goes through their basic methods. Subsequently, the thesis focuses on the similarities between risk analysis and the decision-making process, where it highlights all the possible benefits. The next part of the thesis focuses on the demonstration of chosen methods of both tools using a case study. Firstly, the thesis describes the use of the methods independently, and afterward, it applies the decision-making processes to risk analysis. The last part of the thesis deals with the evaluation of possible threats, comparison of used methods, and points out the benefits of using decision-making processes in risk analysis. |
