Bakalářská práce je rozdělená na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je provedená literární studie. Na základě literární studie a konzultací je shrnut současný stav, z hlediska prováděných koželužských operací, vznikajících odpad_ a z pohledu zpracovávaných surovin a nákladů. Praktická část je vypracována na základě získaných informacích, které poskytly firmy Gara TZL Plus, s.r.o. a Tarex, s.r.o. U zpracovaných dat je provedena nákladová bilance a srovnána z pohledu spotřeby vody, elektrické energie, parní energie a také spotřeby chemikálií a pomocných přípravků při výrobě vybraných usňových produktů Wares a Tara. Všechny zjištěné údaje jsou porovnány s dílčími informacemi pocházejícími z průzkumů v rozvojových zemích (Indie, Nigérie, ), které zpracovali pracovníci organizace UNIDO ve Vídni. |

The Bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts: the theoretical and the practical one. In the theoretical part the belles-lettres are performed. In the terms of belles-lettres and consultation is the summary of the present state, concerning the extant tannery operations, rising wastes and from the view of processing raw and costs. The practical part is executed in the terms of acquired information, which provided companies Gara TZL Plus, s.r.o. and Tarex, s.r.o. Processing information is effected by the cost balance and this information is compared from the view of water requirement, electrical energy, steam power, chemicals and auxiliary fixturing while manufacturing the selected leathers products of Wares and Tara. All recognized data are collated with fontal information derivable form survey in underdeveloped countries (India, Nigeria, . . .), which were processed by personnel from the organization UNIDO in Vienna. |
