Diplomová práca sa zaoberá históriou a súčasným postavením fyziodetekčného vyšetrenia, jeho uplatnení pri odhaľovaní trestnej činnosti a jeho úlohu pri overení pravdovravnosti a spoľahlivosti. Práca popisuje na akom princípe detektor funguje a aké fyziologické hodnoty meria. Časť práce je venovaná možnostiam ovplyvnenia detektoru a jeho validite. Definuje právne postavenie a uplatnenie fyziodetekčného vyšetrenia v jednotlivých krajinách európskej únie. Praktická časť je venovaná simulácii fyziodetekčného vyšetrenia. |
