dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá inovativním návrhem komplexního zabezpečení budovy soudu. V teoretické části popisuje soudnictví v České republice a také jeho legislativu. Další část práce je zaměřená na analýzu hrozeb, které mohou hrozit na budovu soudu s vysvětlením základních pojmů. Praktická část diplomové práce popisuje nejrizikovější místa v budově a také navrhuje inovativní bezpečnostní opatření. Cílem diplomové práce je seznámit s komplexním návrhem a realizací zabezpečeného objektu budovy soudu od perimetrické ochrany až k prostorové ochraně, z důvodu zajištění bezpečnosti všech osob nacházejících se v budově soudu. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje popis přehledné tabulky o přibližných nákladech jednotlivých zabezpečovacích prvků pro zabezpečení celého objektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with an innovative design of a comprehensive security of a court building. The theoretical part describes the judiciary in the Czech Republic and its legislation. The next part of the work is focused on the analysis of threats that may threaten the court building with an explanation of basic concepts. The practical part of the thesis describes the most risky places in the building and also suggests innovative security measures. The aim of the diploma thesis is to acquaint with the complex design and implementation of a secured court building from perimeter protection to spatial protection, in order to ensure the safety of all persons in the court building. The final part of the work contains a description of a clear table of the exact costs of individual security elements for securing the entire building.
