Diplomová práce se zabývá změnami způsobů zajišťování ochranné funkce státu v průběhu staletí. Teoretická část popisuje podstatu a příčiny vzniku ochranné funkce státu a specifikuje možnosti způsobů zajišťování ochranné funkce na hlavních analytických rovinách do úrovně státu. Praktickou část tvoří komparace vybraných evropských států v průběhu jednotlivých období. Následuje zpracování základních modelů způsobu zajištění ochranné funkce ve státě. Závěr práce tvoří formulace dvou možných scénářů budoucnosti České republiky v roce 2050. |

The master's thesis deals with changes in the ways of ensuring the protective function of the state over the centuries. The theoretical part describes the nature and causes of the protective function of the state and specifies the possibilities of ways to ensure the protective function at the main analytical levels to the level of the state. The practical part consists of comparisons of selected European countries during individual periods. The following is the elaboration of basic models of the method of ensuring the protective function in the state. The conclusion of the work is the formulation of two possible scenarios for the future of the Czech Republic in 2050. |
