Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozdílem mezi ITIL v3 a ITIL 4. V teoretické části je popsán ITIL, jeho historie, charakteristické rysy. Je zde také specifikován ITIL v3, jeho strategie, návrh, přechod, provoz a průběžné zlepšování služeb. Následně je zde popsán ITIL 4 a jeho komponenty ze kterých se skládá, manažerské postupy a certifikační schéma. Závěr teoretické části se věnuje procesům a funkcím ITIL v3 a ITIL 4. V praktické části je nejdříve nastíněn rozdíl mezi ITIL v3 a ITIL 4. Poté jsou zde ilustrovány procesní mapy pro ITIL v3 i ITIL a na závěr praktické části je zde popsána náročnost implementace v malých a středních firmách. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the difference between ITIL v3 and ITIL 4. The theoretical part describes ITIL, its history, characteristics. It also specifies ITIL v3, its strategy, design, transition, operation and continuous service improvement. Subsequently, ITIL 4 and its components, managerial procedures and certification scheme are described here. The conclusion of the theoretical part deals with the processes and functions of ITIL v3 and ITIL 4. The practical part first outlines the difference between ITIL v3 and ITIL 4. Then the process maps for ITIL v3 and ITIL are illustrated and at the end of the practical part the complexity of implementation in small and medium-sized enterprises. |
