dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou bezpečnosti strojních zařízení uváděných na trh a do provozu. V úvodní části je provedena analýza právních a technických požadavků v návaznosti na provoz a používání strojních zařízení. Další část práce pojednává o bezpečnostních opatřeních a bezpečnostních prvcích v kontextu posouzení shody. Stěžejní výstup práce představuje návrh metodiky pro uvádění strojních zařízení na trh s cílem zajištění bezpečného provozu zařízení a dosažení shody s právními a technickými požadavky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Diploma thesis deals with the safety of machinery devices placed on the market and into operation. The introduction part analyses the legal and technical requirements related to the operation and use of machinery. Another part of the thesis deals with safety measures and safety elements in the context of conformity assessment. The main outcome of this work is a developed methodology for placing machinery on the market with the aim of ensuring safe operation of the equipment and achieving compliance with legal and technical requirements.
