Diplomová práce se zabývá technologií virtuální reality. Teoretická část práce obsahuje definici technologie, porovnání s rozšířenou realitou, její zařazení v konceptu smíšené reality, stručnou historii vývoje technologie a její současný stav. Práce nabízí rozbor technologie z hlediska principů funkčnosti a hardwaru, popisuje jednotlivé formy technologie a nástrojů potřebných k její využívání včetně softwarových a vývojářských řešení. Popsané a rozebrány jsou i hlavní nedostatky technologie a způsoby jejího využití. Součástí práce jsou také analýza a rozbor vybrané výrobní společnosti a výrobního procesu s postupem a popis nástrojů pro tvorbu navržené VR aplikace. V praktické části práce nabízí návrh řešení a zahrnuje celý postup vývoje VR aplikace pomocí zvolených nástrojů od tvorby 3D modelů, UV map, textur až po samotné vytvoření, sestavení a odzkoušení funkčnosti vytvořené aplikace. V závěru práce je aplikace zhodnocena. |

Diploma thesis deals with the technology of virtual reality. The theoretical part of the thesis contains definition of technology, comparison with the augmented reality, its inclusion in the concept of mixed reality, a brief history of technology development and its current status. The thesis offers an analysis of the technology in terms of principles of functionality and hardware, it describes the various forms of technology and tools necessary for its use including software and development solutions. The main shortcomings of the technology and its utilization are described and discussed as well. The work also includes an analysis of a selected manufacturing company and the production process with the procedure and the description of tools used for creating the designed VR application. In the practical part, the thesis offers a solution design and it includes the whole VR application development process using selected tools, from creation of 3D models, UV maps, textures to the creation of the application itself, assembly and testing of the created application. At the end of the work the application is evaluated. |
