dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je věnována analýze potenciálu občanů k obraně z hlediska jejich aktivity. Čtenáři v ní budou obeznámeni s možnostmi využití vybraných aktivit vhodných k obraně a početním potenciálem lidí vhodných k obraně. Výstupem tak bude analytický materiál o potenciálu občanů k obraně z hlediska jejich vlastní přípravy skrze určité aktivity a návrh využití tohoto potenciálu pro zvýšení bezpečnosti státu v rámci dobrovolného zapo-jení těchto občanů do bezpečnostního systému státu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is devoted to the analysis of citizens' potential for defense in terms of their acti-vity. The readers will be familiar with the possibilities of using selected activities suitable for defense and numerical potential of people suitable for defense. The output will be ana-lytical material of citizens' potential for defense in terms of their own preparation through certain activities and a proposal to use this potential to increase national security within the voluntary involvement of these citizens in the state's security system.
