S kamerami bezpečnostních systémů se můžeme setkat v podstatě kdekoliv. Jedním z důvodů instalací kamerových monitorovacích systému je prevence před pácháním trestných činů. Kamery mají výrazný psychologický vliv na odrazení pachatele. Předmětem této bakalářské práce je seznámení se s prvky IP kamerového systému, který je úspěšným nástupcem dnešních analogových a hybridních systémů. Práce také uvádí jednotlivé kompresní metody obrazu, které se využívají v aplikaci síťového videa, seznamuje konkrétně s nejpoužívanějším kompresním formátem MPEG a jeho algoritmy blokové podobnosti pro estimaci pohybu v digitálních obrazech. V praktické části je vytvořen manuál pro nastavení IP kamery od firmy Vivotek a vytvořen vzorový protokol pro výuku předmětu Objektová bezpečnost. |

We can meet with cameras of safety systems everywhere. The prevention of committing crime offences is one of many reasons, why camera's monitoring systems are installed. Cameras have really considerable and psychological effect and they are usually used to discourage transgressors. The bachelor work inform about elements of IP camera's system, which is a successful successor after analogue and hybrid systems. There are also stated some information about compressive methods of images, which are used for application of net video. The next part is about the most useful compressive format MPEG and its algorithms of similarity for the estimate of motion in digital images. In the practical part, there is a manual, how to set IP cameras, which are made by the Vivotek company and there is a sample protocol for the subject " Security of buildings ". |
