Cílem této práce je analýza využívání nástroje Microsoft SharePoint ve firmě SERVIS CENTRUM a.s. a odhalení oblastí, kde je možné zvýšit efektivitu řízení podniku a podnikových projektů a jejich pokrytí řešeními pomocí nástroje Microsoft SharePoint. Cíle bylo dosaženo analýzou používání platformy Microsoft SharePoint ve firmě, analýzou modelové struktury projektu ve firmě a vypracováním modelové projektové studie určitého firemního projektu a zhodnocením výsledků certifikovanou firmou. Finálním výsledkem jsou navržená řešení pro zefektivnění pomocí aplikace SharePoint. |

The goal of this thesis is analysis of the usage for Microsoft SharePoint in SERVIS CENTRUM a.s. company and discovery of areas where there is possibility to increase the efficiency of company management and company project management by help of Microsoft SharePoint and suggestion of solution to cover these areas by Microsoft SharePoint. The goal was achieved by analysis of the usage of Microsoft SharePoint platform in company, by analysis of project model structure in company and project, by working out of project model study of particular company project. The final results of this thesis are suggested solutions based on SharePoint application to increase efficiency. |
