dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce v teoretické části definuje strukturu bezpečnostního systému města, místo a úlohu kamerového systému v něm, dále se zabývá obecně vybranými druhy bezpečnosti v městském prostředí a metodami sledování kamerovými prostředky. Praktická část obsahuje bezpečnostní analýzu vybraného městského prostředí, hodnocení účinnosti rozmístění kamerového systému a návrh účinného a ekonomicky efektivního způsobu rozmístění kamerového systému v konkrétním městském prostředí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis in the theoretical part defines the structure of the municipal security system, the location and the role of the camera system in the town, then it deals with generally selected types of safety in the municipal environment and with methods of monitoring by camera devices. The practical part contains the security analysis of the selected municipal environment, rating of efficiency of the camera system placement and designing the effective and cost-effective way of the camera system placement in the particular municipal environment.
