Diplomová práce popisuje, jaké jsou možnosti udržitelnosti a doby využití informační podpory pro potřeby Hasičského záchranného sboru Zlínského kraje při dlouhodobém výpadku elektrické energie. Je zde popsán právní rámec v oblasti dodávek elektrické energie, jev zvaný blackout, jeho příčiny a důsledky. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou zmíněny blackouty, které byly zaznamenány v zahraničí a lokální výpadky dodávek elektrické energie v České republice. Součástí teoretické části je rovněž popis informační podpory Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky jako celku, a předávání informací mezi organizačními složkami Hasičského záchranného sboru Zlínského kraje. V praktické části diplomové práce je řešena doba použitelnosti náhradních zdrojů a odborníci pomocí metody "What If" odpovídají na otázky, v jakém časovém úseku je možná funkčnost informační podpory. Výsledem praktické části práce je doporučení pro stanovení počtu a vhodných typů náhradních zdrojů elektrické energie na požární stanice Hasičského záchranného sboru Zlínského kraje. |

This thesis describes what are the possibilities of sustainability and duration of IT support for the needs of the fire brigade of the Zlin region during the long term power cut. Legal framework is also defined here concerning electricity supply, occurrence of the so called black out, its causes and consequences. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with blackouts that have been recorded abroad and local blackouts as a result of electricity supply cuts in the Czech Republic. It also describes IT support for the fire brigades of the Czech Republic as a whole and how the information is transferred down to the individual units of the fire brigade in Zlin region. The practical part of this thesis indicates a solution of the usage of the alternative sources and where some specialists of the "What if" method answer questions concerning what is the lapse of the functioning of the information support. The result of the practical part of work is recommendation of the set-up of the amount of the right alternative sources of the electrical supply for fire stations of Zlin region. |
