Diplomová práca "Aplikácia motivačného koučinku na psychiku pracovníka priemyslu komerčnej bezpečnosti" rozoberá v teoretickej časti metódy koučinku GROW, SMARTER, ADAPT, KVAK a neskôr typy koučinku. Následne je práca zameraná na koučov, konkrétne na ich vlastnosti a požiadavky pre certifikáciu v rozdielnych organizáciách. Praktická časť práce sa zameriava na analýzu spoločnosti, s ktorou budem spolupracovať. Jadro praktickej časti tvorí dotazníkový prieskum českých a slovenských firiem s grafickým vyhodnotením. Nakoniec sú vybrané dve metódy koučinku a je uvedená ich aplikácia. |

The thesis "Applying Motivational Coaching to the Psyche of the Commercial Security Industry Worker" deals in the theoretical part of coaching methods GROW, SMARTER, ADAPT, KVAK and later types of coaching. Subsequently, the work is focused on coaches, specifically on their qualities and requirements for certification in different organizations. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of the company with which I will cooperate. The core of the practical part is a questionnaire survey of Czech and Slovak companies with graphical evaluation. Finally, two coaching methods are selected and their application is indicated. |
