dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou bezpečnosti v organizacích. Specifikuje a analyzuje koncept schopností organizace k řešení vymezených funkcí a cílů. Dále v teoretické části diplomové práce jsou zpracovány specifikace základní bezpečnostních schopností vybrané organizace, jejich stav a návrh na zlepšení. V praktické části je zpracován návrh pro vybranou variantu bezpečnostní schopnosti organizace.
