dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou integrovaných systémů v budovách. Na konkrétním objektu budou zhodnoceny důležité parametry navrženy změny s ohledem na ekonomický a ekologický provoz budovy. Součástí je zhodnocení tepelně technických parametrů stávající stavby a návrh změn v souladu s platnými normami a návrh otopné soustavy a se systémem pro přípravu teplé vody. V dalších částech je vypracován návrh řízení a vizualizace instalovaných technologií. Práce také obsahuje návrh zabezpečovacího systému.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with an issue of integrated systems in buildings. On partikular object will be evaluated important parametrs and proposed changes witch respect of economic and ecological operation of building. It includes the evaluation of thermal-technical parametrs of existing building and proposal of changes, that are in accordance with valid standards and the design of heating with hot water preparation systém. In next part, there is design of control and visualization of instaled technologies. The thesis also contains the design of security systém.
